Supports for Addressing Unfinished Learning

Educators across the country are developing plans to leverage Agile Mind for addressing unfinished learning resulting from school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn strategies for using Agile Mind mathematics resources to embed instruction, practice, and review opportunities related to gaps in learning from the 2019-2020 school year and incorporate just-in-time review of key concepts from earlier grades needed to support on-grade-level content.  Module outcomes include:

  • Understand professional supports necessary for teachers to engage students in meaningful learning of mathematics in the 2020-21 school year
  • Explore strategies of intensification for addressing unfinished learning while keeping students on track
  • Review tools and strategies from the Dana Center to support planning for co-requisite instruction
