Welcome

Welcome to our School Year Virtual Professional Learning site. This year, Agile Mind is proud to offer monthly hour-long professional learning events spanning topics important to the educational landscape and to the educators we serve.

Event Types

Leader events are designed to support district and building leaders in using implementation science to strengthen adoption of Agile Mind’s High Quality Instructional Materials. Leaders will learn more about the tools available in Agile Mind, and collaborate around supporting educators using these resources at their schools and districts. All leader events are Tuesdays at 10am CT and 1pm CT on 4/12, and 5/10.

Teacher 1.0 events are designed as collaborative planning opportunities for teachers and will provide structured time for teachers to review upcoming blocks or lessons with the support of peers and a member of the Agile Mind Professional Services team. All Teacher 1.0 events are Wednesdays at 2pm CT and 5pm CT on 4/13, and 5/11.

Teacher 2.0 events support teachers in integrating NCTM’s 8 Math Teaching Practices to their Agile Mind classrooms. Each month, we will focus on a new Math Teaching practice, and sessions will be a balance of learning about the Math Teaching Practice and planning for implementation of the practice during Agile Mind instruction. All Teacher 2.0 events are Thursdays at 2pm CT and 5pm CT on 4/14, and 5/12.

We encourage you to sign up for an event each month, October through May!
