Browsers and operating systems are updated frequently; Agile Mind requires the most recent update (the latest minor version) for each supported.

Modern smartphones are supported. The smartphone version of Agile Mind is a lean version of Agile Mind designed specifically to support assignment completion. Smartphone users have access to the Calendar page, assignments, calculators, course content, and the Glossary. A Wi-Fi connection is recommended for assignment completion.

Agile Mind course services should not be viewed on low-DPI monitors and screens. If the resolution is too low, viewing thin lines in math may be difficult. Users with lower screen resolutions who encounter issues can try zooming or viewing the content in an alternative browser. Agile Mind recommends screens with a resolution of 100 PPI or greater.
