A: Your user name and password are case-sensitive. Please be sure that you are using upper and lower case letters exactly as your user name and password were given to you. If you continue to see this message, contact Support Services.
A: If you have not disabled pop-up blocking, you can’t open Agile Assessment, view the Glossary, view Agile Mind Help or choose help topics from Agile Mind’s cascading Help menus.
A: Adobe Flash Player 9.0 or higher is required to view animations. Adobe Flash Player is available as a free download from Adobe.
A: Adobe Reader 7 or higher is required to print assessments. Adobe Reader is available as a free download from Adobe. Mac users can use Preview; Preview comes pre-installed with all Macs. Preview is a Mac OS X application for viewing images and PDF documents.
A: These messages indicate an interruption of service. For error messages 500 – 599, contact Support Services immediately. For error messages 400 – 499, try retyping your district URL into your browser window. Verify that the URL is correct (the URL should resemble http://yourdistrictname.agilemind.com) and then press the Enter or Return key. If you are using the correct URL and you still receive an error message, contact Support Services.
