Q: How do I contact Support Services?
Educators or Students can contact Support Services in the following ways:
- Email: You can email Support Services by clicking on the "E-mail Support Services" link on the left or use support@agilemind.com from your regular e-mail.
- Phone: You can call us toll free at 866-284-4655. Our hours of operation are:
Monday through Thursday – 7AM - 10PM Central Time
Friday – 7AM - 6PM Central Time
Saturday – 9AM - 6PM Central Time
Sunday – 1PM - 10PM Central Time
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: I forgot my user name or password. How do I find out what it is?
A: Contact Agile Mind Support Services using the contact information provided above. If you are a student, you can also ask your teacher.
Q: I am getting the following message after I click Sign In. "We do not recognize your sign in information. Please try again." What should I do?
A: Your user name and password are case-sensitive. Please be sure that you are using upper and lower case letters exactly as your user name and password were given to you. If you continue to see this message, contact Support Services.
Q: Why do I have to disable pop-up blockers before I can use Agile Mind?
A: If you have not disabled pop-up blocking, you can’t open Agile Assessment, view the Glossary, view Agile Mind Help or choose help topics from Agile Mind’s cascading Help menus.
Q: What are the supported Internet browsers for Windows and Macintosh?
A: Agile Mind recommends Firefox 4.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 8.0, Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome 15 or higher or Safari 5
Q: It looks like there is supposed to be an animation, but I can’t see the animation.
A: Adobe Flash Player 9.0 or higher is required to view animations. Adobe Flash Player is available as a free download from Adobe.
Q: When I try to print assessments, all that comes up is a blank window.
A: Adobe Reader 7 or higher is required to print assessments. Adobe Reader is available as a free download from Adobe. Mac users can use Preview; Preview comes pre-installed with all Macs. Preview is a Mac OS X application for viewing images and Portable Document Format (PDF) documents.
Q: What should I do if I receive one of the following error messages: "HTTP 404 Error", "HTTP 500 Error", or "HTTP 503 Error"?
A: These messages indicate an interruption of service. For error messages 500 – 599, contact Support Services immediately. For error messages 400 – 499, try retyping your district URL into your browser window. Verify that the URL is correct (the URL should resemble http://yourdistrictname.agilemind.com) and then press the Enter or Return key. If you are using the correct URL and you still receive an error message, contact Support Services.
